Well you can push the cells as hard as your bms will allow. But per the rating may not be good for them.. you want to respect those values if you want longevity.. iv pushed them as high as 180a for a few seconds.. you are only limited to your bms technically. I have a 200a bms. I set the over current protection at 155a as I plan on cycling as close to 150a as I can get.

interesting, did you happen to catch what voltage they were during the 180 amp?
