Charge 12 volt and 24 volt batteries from one array

I'm in a discussion about charging a 12 volt lithium and a 24 volt lithium battery off two Victron solar controllers from one array.
Each battery runs it's own 240v inverter 1000watts from the 12 volt and 2500 watt from the 24volt.
I don't see any problem if the solar is high enough voltage to cover the 24 volt.
Does anyone see any issues?

Mppt controllers cannot share solar panels.

There's going to be an almighty punch-up between the charge controllers. It will probably "function" but it won't "work".

Charge the 24V off the array with a single controller (or two if you need the power) and use a 24V=>12V charger for the 12V.

That won't work very well. Just like having two steering wheels in a car wouldn't work very well. Two drivers trying to go different places. Never get anywhere.
