Design Review with 12kw Growatt, 3kw MppSolar and a chargeverter

Hello! Kindly review my Offgrid system design:
Growatt 12kw with batrium bms, 2P16S LiFePo 302ah by EVE

1. only load is 4ton HVAC with EasyStart which helps amp in-rush.
2. battery bank is charged by Growatt(40a charging) and Chargeverter(30a charging)
3. Remote port On/Off switch toggled by batrium relay1 upon critical state

MPP Solar 3Kw with QUCC bms 48v LiFePo 304ah by CATL

1. only load is chargeverter @ 120v

Chargeverter

1. Set to 30a charging
2. On/off by a shunt trip breaker(ac/dc rated). Batrium's relay2 trips breaker upon critical state.

Manual Transfer Switch 4 pole 2 throw

• Source Input 1: Growatt . NG bonded in the switch.
• Source Input 2: Utility . NG bond in the utility main panel box.
• Output to HVAC(only load).
