I have (2) eg46500ex paralleled together. I have them set on 2p1 and 2p2 and both are set to (user) for an open loop system. I have (4) lifepower4 batteries. The issue I'm having is that both inverters will charge my batteries andthe inverters are showing full amperage and voltage coming in through the pv array but at times even with a load and my batteries being low, the 2p1 inverter won't be charging. I will hit the power button to turn it off then back on and then it will begin to charge.
eg4- 6500ex-48 charging issue.

I know there was an issue with a previous firmware version where PV would "stick" for lack of a better term and it would require some kind of reset to get it to work. Can you tell me what firmware version you have on your inverters?
