I let the smoke out

I was drilling the +terminal cell.on my 45 ah lifepo4 3.2amp. I went too deep and the cell dramatically discharged .
Very hot and I rushed the cell outside and cooled it under the hose
Lesson hopefully learned.

A shame you let out the magic smoke. I did that once with a computer sound card and it stunk up the house something awful. I can't image how a 45 ah cell would smell.

The some was thick, though not bad . nor was it hard on my throat . underpants maybe !

Now comes the question what use can I get out my now 9 v 40 ah battery? I guess USB charger ,but how to use 12 v items
