Hello Everyone,
I need to ask what are the possible reasons of IGBT and FET burnout or being damaged.
I have a 6kw Hybrid Inverex Inverter.
Normally when the mppt operating voltages get in range every morning, it beeps and start operating (normal operation)
But today, it held a long beep and fault alarm was ON and showed Alarm 09 (Bus Soft Start failed), after which it shutdown the whole system with its output and I had to bypass the inverter. I searched in its manual and as per manual it was sent to service centre since it was in warranty.
I asked the same question to service centre, so that i should be more careful next time, but his behavior was rude
