Correct, but I think with them (lead,AGM) I would not have anything (communication cable) connected to the AIO.That's not good what if you want to run lead acid batteries, or AGM. Should not be dependent on BMS communication.
I think that since I had the cable connected and the unit was sending a signal (maybe) to the AIO that it was not sure what to do because it was in USE mode but also receiving BMS information from the battery, so I think it shutdown down because it had conflicting data, one based on SOC and one on Volts.
I contacted EG4 so waiting on there take.
Next chance I get I will remove the cable, put it back in USE and try to pull grid power again. I just don’t like testing things like this, always chance I screw up something.
Does there need to be a note in the manual that says if USE mode is used with BMS-lithium batteries the cable should not be connected to the AIO because of conflicting data.
