To all who read my previous post, I retract my warning.
All is good now I have received a full refund from Mike along with apology e-mail stating he was over-run with e-mails & was playing catch-up.
Mike is Ok

Of course Mike is OK. I know it, you know it, the American people know it!

He did great by me and I feel the pain and burden of the situation he was put in. This wasn't his doing or anything he perpetuated.

In as much as any of you are inconvenienced or out-of-pocket, he all all the more and between the proverbial rock and hard place.
