Silfab? A cousin is wondering and I have never heard of them

Does anyone know about these guys? Are they Chinese cells assembled in the US?

They are a Canadian solar company. I have 36 panels from 300-330 watt. The 330 watt were under $300 last year. When I picked them up at a warehouse in Oceanside (ordered from multiple solar companies, same warehouse)...they said they were good panels.

I have 15 Silfab SLA-M 300w panels on my roof. They are exceeding the projected outputs and working well.
