Sol-Ark support thanks and praise

Just want to give thanks and praise to Sol-Ark tech support. I was having issues with a current overload fault and parallel fault with my two 15Ks. Nothing made sense and I was worried it was something I did in the settings. After 1 hour and 48 minutes of the process if elimination with tech support and we figured out that the electrician had reversed the phase on the AC coupled solar on one connection which was causing the issue. Everything’s running like a Swiss watch now.

I also have nothing but positive experiences talking to Sol-Ark engineers. Very easy to reach and everyone seems quite knowledgeable.
