Tip and warning for Sungold TP6048 users.

I ran into a problem that others on the forum had and I got it fixed so I wanted to share. First a warning. If you own a Sungold TP6048 DO NOT disconnected the removable displays rj45 connector without first disconnecting it from ALL power sources. I mean AC in, DC in aka batteries, AND solar...

I changed both breakers on the inverter and I'm still getting nothing from the inverter. there is nothing wrong with service panel breaker. the inverter is giving no output. I don't see any burned wiring. I don't see an internal fuse either. the inverter turns on and has power showing no faults but it won't give output.
 
I would contact sungold. The email is on that label you posted the picture of.

They are real helpful from my experience.
 
I found out that my jet pump had got locked up and wouldn't turn and caused high voltage to trip inverter. I have the inverter giving an output now but it surges on/off now.
