My charts were showing inconsistent data points, instead of intervals every 5 minutes they would be 10-20 minutes, an hour, 2 hours, all over the place. After the update they are now consistently at 5 minutes again. Is this in regards to the issue you experienced of the Settings not being saved?
What Version Software are you now using as shown under the "Gateway info"?
Mine shows: 4870122916R
Just an FYI, so far I have still been able to push settings via PowerView (but not the phone app, though) on any sites that were set up before the migration. There is no live data there. But settings populate according to current setpoints, and I can adjust settings. This has allowed me to set that Max Solar setting back up!The settings change issue is NOT fixed, that is not an issue on the gateway but rather an issue with MySolArk where it won't let you set Max Solar above 12000, even though it was set to 16500 before (for a 15K).

The connection does seem to be a bit hit-or-miss in PowerView though.
Also, just note that @Carlos_Sol-Ark told me, as he also mentioned further up in this thread, that they/he can push that setting for anyone who needs it adjusted! Just reach out to him if you need it! He has been very helpful for me already!
Also, on 15K inverters you can set it all the way to 18000 in PowerView! And a 15K will indeed push 18000! I have seen a triple 15K system push 54kW! That is 18kW each!
Here is a screenshot of the PowerView menu:

Hi Rodney. They seem to have some browser compatibility issues when accessing parameters. It works for me with Chrome, but not Firefox. Could try a different browser. Could be a compatibility issue with the phone and tablet easily if they are the same brand/browser.My E today number displayed in my plants list seems to be constantly low/lagging compared to the e today numbers displayed in Equipment/inverter page.
That and I decided to try to access my inverter parameters and all I get is a blank screen. On both the App and through solarkcloud.com using both my phone and tablet. No problem accessing it through S.A.
I just checked and I can access the settings through Powerview.
My Powerview login says my system has not been updated for two months. I did not try to access the settings page.I just checked and I can access the settings through Powerview.
Good afternoon solar friends. I have some hopeful news. My E-today number matches my inverter number today. Year totals still way off, and the setting for export on my sol-ark only allows 12k export, but progress is progress. I'm happy to see something going in the right direction.
I'll keep a watch on it over the weekend and see if the current reporting mismatch is resolved.
It's been 10+ days since I submitted my ticket. With no response, I submitted another one yesterday. This time I didn't even get an automated reply acknowledging receipt of my ticket. It has been a week since I reported my settings in Work mode changing and it seems stable so far. I will give it a few more days and let SolArk close the ticket. I have not heard from them anyway and I am sure they have bigger issues to worry about. My E-Today and Solar Assistant data continue to track.
Depending on what hardware version dongle you have will help see what workarounds may be available for the time being. If you can connect to the dongles EAP network on the 10.10.10.1 webpage you can find the hardware version and let the support team know.Hi everybody / @Devin
I'll join the club with having sol-ark dongle issues. My transfer from powerview to mysolark app went smooth but stopped transmitting data 7 days ago. I called sol-ark support and they send me a firmware update that I completed on the dongle. It still didn't work. I called back two days ago. They just send me the same update and said it "should" work. Still not working.
Funny thing is each time they close out my service ticket as soon as they forward me the firmware software instead of waiting to see if it actually works. The last time the guy from support said just respond to the ticket that I'm about to close if it doesn't work and we will escalate the issue. I responded and guess what.. nothing happened nobody confirmed anything or even reached out to say they are working on it.
I'll have to call a 3rd time tomorrow to try to see if somebody can figure this out or at least they can tell me they are working on it.
Same deal here. My secondary inverter's gateway has been offline since the 23rd. It's hardwired to the same ethernet switch as my primary inverter's gateway (which is working just fine). It presents like the same hardware failure I had with a previous gateway (of which they immediately shipped a replacement)...solid red light and no IP address assigned by the router.Hi everybody / @Devin

I did this, 2nd time I called. They said oh yea, you are already running the correct hardware version. Then proceeded to send me the same update file I installed last time. Closed out ticket before confirming it fixed the issue.Depending on what hardware version dongle you have will help see what workarounds may be available for the time being. Has anyone gotten back their Historical Data?
I thought I remember one person saying that they did.
A big fat no for me, my April through July is still off. Current numbers seem right, August is up to date.Has anyone gotten back their Historical Data?

Is your Inverter showing up as Online in MySolArk or is it still online in PowerView.I’d be happy if I could just get any data. Mine is still not transmitting
My Sol-Ark worked great for a couple of months. All historical data and options worked. Week and half ago it stopped transmitting any data. App shows my gateway is connected but no data transmission. Sol-ark send me updated firmware twice. Still doesn’t work.Is your Inverter showing up as Online in MySolArk or is it still online in PowerView.
If the Dongle was not plugged in on the day of the Migration it would sill be on PowerView.
