Trolling Motor Battery - Build or Buy

I'm looking to build or buy 2-12 volt 100-150ah lifepo4 batteries that I will be connecting in series for a 24 volt trolling motor. What's you recommendations on building my own (Cells, BMS, Charger and whatever else I need)? I would also like you thoughts on buying some used Valence U27-12XP and with these do I need to buy the MIUSA-BMSLV to go with it? If you have better recommendations please share. I'm new here so don't beat me up to bad. lol
