What's wrong with these cells?

I purchased some bus bars from Ali, the seller mentioned they have grade A+ ? eve 280 in stock I asked for photos of how they are packaged, I was sent the attached. Is it just me or is something way off?

Box looks deep enough to have a foam block fitted over the top. What is the concern?

Can you ask the seller to send you good close up pictures of the QR code so you scan it with battery QR code reader to see what it will show up as? I am curious to see what the result will be.

Those cells appear to have remarking packaging. In other words, the cells have a cover placed over the original cells, and a new QR code placed on it.

Something seems off to me, my gut tells me they are recovered..

IF those are supposed to be EVE cells, the QR Code is etched directly into the aluminium and is 4mm away from the vent.
