because of space restraints I had to set up my panels in 2 locations I decided to run 2 separate charge controllers each controller is connected to bus bar + and - any advantage to connecting inverter to the batteries vrs the bus bar?

How long is the bus bar? How is the battery connected and the inverter? It's hard to say anything without details. Photos perhaps?
