Do we still need T-Class Fuses?

Yeah, I HATE any crossover of primary cables on any of my builds.
I am kinda anal about it.

Sorry I know this is an old thread, but you know the popular Victron Lynx 1000 busbars have the positive and negative cables running right on top of each other, which kinda bothered me in the design. What do you think of this?

I understand the design choice for compactness.

It makes my hair stand on end...
I feel the same way. I'm going to drill out the "lid" and have the positive and negative running out in opposite directions.

You'll enjoy this part of their explanation for the product:
"Each port has an isolator to keep enough distance between the cabling" while showing the 2 cables touching each other.... "What's important is that you have the cabling done correctly" which apparently means keeping them right next to each other. lol
 
If you have the money, do it. Have a spare or a way to bypass if needed. Have backups for your backups. 3 is 2 and 2 is 1....

If I could, I would wrap my kids in bubble wrap so thats something to think about.
