So a decent price for 230 cells (I paid 120/cell delivered in April 2022 for my 8 230 cells).
Somehow I thought you were talking about 280 cells for that price.

Just an 8S would be a gut popper.
My 230 8s is very manageable now that I have handles on the wooden case. It only needs to move 20 feet from basement to car then car to utility closet.
Fingers crossed my back stays strong.

It’s an unoccupied camp, while we’ve been lucky in the past of no vandalism, I’ll torture my back as I’d just be lazy to leave if all winter in cold storage.
I’m also making my MPII Lynx panel “portable” as well. I have everything mounted on a 2’x3’ 3/4 plywood that just needs to make battery and PV connections.
The grand idea is to use the MPII for winter power outages at the house, run the furnace off it so we’d only need the generator for well pump/fridge. Past two years we had 36+hr power outages, this would save the wife from much headache as I have to work during such events.

Do you have a test report for the MB30? According to EVE's datasheet, the MB31 is supposed to have a larger capacity than the MB30, but Andy from Off-Grid Garage found almost no difference in his capacity tests.
