How can China ship from Germany with an order I placed?

So not really sure what you are asking BUT the Chinese has warehouses all over the world to help expedite shipping -- heck some of the largest Chinese warehouses are in LA CA ... SOOO they probably did not have in stock in China what you placed your order for and had one sitting in Germany ... AWAITING LABEL means just that -- they have processed your order and have sent a message to the warehouse with your delivery info on it .. the warehouse will affix the shipping label and then the post man will pick it up and issue a tracking number

Hi ghostwriter, I ordered the 200ah cells from the same place you did and Nikkie emailed me today and asked if she could ship me the batteries first with the busbars to follow for they were awaiting delivery of the busbars, I said yes, ship me the batteries. shortly after I receive an email that my cells have shipped with a tracking # from UPS, so I checked the tracking # with UPS and it said the package was awaiting a label in Germany? Does China have factories in Germany? OOPS I just saw the completer response thx

SOO I got the same thing from Nkkie ... we have your batteries do you want us to ship them NOW or wait for the BusBars ... I said ship them now .. I have not got a tracking number yet .. i will let you know what mine say ...
Yes, there is a big warehouse in Germany where most, if not all, European shipments come from. This is also the reason why you don't have additional taxes, import duties, customs, etc. before they are delivered to you.

HMMM .. that makes no sense since its cheaper to ship 1 x 20 then it is to ship 2 x 10 ... who knows ... it will be interesting to see how they shipped them ...

SOOO I just got my tracking number from Nikkie for my 4 3.2V 200aH ... they are being shipped from SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA US ... how bizarre ... yours coming from Germnay and mine from CA and all of them being made in CHINA ... let me know when you get them ... thx

I would have thought they would have had a US based warehouse for US orders. Mine came via Germany and Italy, to pay EU taxes so they arrived at me without a tax/import bill, but I'm in the UK.

My current order of 4 x 280AH cells is the first order I have made from China. I have seen vaping items listed, that they would be shipped from US stock, before. But I haven't ordered them that way. I got my vaping stuff from US vendors stock. I have bought a few vaping things from someone on a different forum, who made a larger order straight from China, and broke it up when it got here.
It might also be to circumvent tariffs and other taxes on chinese products.
If you buy your prducts with al taxes and import duties paid it's probarly cheaper for them to ship to europe and make it look like a european product that gets imported from Europe. It is a tactic very often used to circumvent export blockades.
