The new "My Sol-Ark" App and Migration to AWS is happening very soon.

Just a check in here? Does anyone have accurate reporting yet in the new sol-ark monitoring tool? My PV production figure still roughly matches load instead of being a true number. The data under the "Equipment" tab is generally more accurate, with the exception of the "E-Year" number that is way off there as well.

To Sol-Ark and @Carlos_Sol-Ark. Any timeline of getting this resolved? Would you like some consulting help to resolve it?

I'll be generous and throw in the first consult/conversation for free :)

Dave: What work are you avoiding by attempting the fixes you are attempting now?
Company under consult: Nothing. We are trying to fix it!

Dave: Do you have priority customers that are working?
Company under consult: Yes, we make sure to fix them right away!

Dave: Fix the other customers that way.
Company under consult: That would take 3 weeks!

Dave: How long have you been working on this problem?
Company under consult: 4 weeks.

Dave: . . . Silence
Company under consult: . . . Silence

Awkward, but the conversations that need to be happening right now. Not even being mean or sarcastic. Just real.

Have a great day all!

Mine has been reporting accurately for 2-3 weeks now. It was only in early June that I had issues for a few days.

Reporting is not an issue for me because I have been relying on Solar Assistant. However the daily and monthly totals seem to be correct on MySolArk. I have become accustomed to the Solar Assistant display so I only check the MySolArk ocassionally.

Mine is still reporting the Consumption + Charging total as E-Today, and overall totals are still off.
Thank you Tulex. Mine seems more like consumption + import as E-today. Charging is not taken into account. Mine is not net-meter yet though.

I hope they are indeed still working on it since we are obviously still in a bad place monitoring wise.

Send me your serial numbers directly, and I will see what I can do. I cant promise I can find a direct resolution on my end simply because its out of my department, but at least I can look directly at it myself.

Mine is doing it also. I don't expect the eMonth and eYear to be correct until they Import my Historic data. I still have not gotten mine.
Other than that everything seems to be fine. Graphing, stored data, System Settings etc are all perfect.

I offered to consult. Could use a trip to Texas. If they are still letting people work from home instead of a all hands on deck command center at this point, then... well. Changes must be made.

Has anyone had their historical data prior to the switch over this June get restored yet? I got nothing.

Yes, all of my data (only started in late 2022) is now visible through mysolark.com
Hi SolarFlares,
Are you looking at energy generation under "Day". If you flip back through the days until say June 1. You will probably see nothing. Unless you are one of the lucky ones.

I can see some aggregate data, but not the day detail.

Dave

I still have not received any of the Daily Data from June 4th 2023 to June 5th 2024.
I though they said it would be available by the 26th?
PowerView only stored one year of daily data.

Oh you are talking about the individual data for each day? I have all of the aggregate data. So my tabs for Total, Year, and Month are all transferred over and complete going back to 2022. The data under Day is only loaded from June 5th, 2024. For my purposes that's all I need but I know some people want all the details for their history.

Hi,
I agree the daily detail missing is not a deal breaker, but I would encourage you to check the rest carefully as well. For example, my PV production nearly matches load, instead of actual. The main dashboard does not match the "equipment" tab figures.

Under Equipment, E-total is nearly 1,000kWh more than the E-year figure. E-total should be the larger, and include all production. I did find one day in May that the chart said I produced 1,200kWh (not the case).

I hope it is all fully functional for you. On my particular system, there are quite a few inaccuracies. Hard to trust any of the data, when several obvious examples are wrong.
