I bought some EVE cells. How do we get this report from their server?EVE tests them for Luyan. Luyan supplies the packing materials and shipping labels, EVE matches the cells and puts them in the boxes, done after you have ordered. This is why it may take a week to 10 days after you've placed the order to when they send you the link to download the test reports and they get shipped. Luyan does no testing themselves, EVE does. It is very easy to match the serial number listed on the test report with the actual cells you receive, and every single time I test and verify that the results I get are comparable. The actual test data is stored on an EVE server, and after 30 to 90 days, some of the data is deleted, leaving just the tested capacity and one of the IR measurements.

They ship them from china to Texas. You can buy the from Texas and get them quick but they cost more. Or you can get them from china and save some money but it takes a few monthsDocan has a USA warehouse... are these shipped from China? if so, why buy from China when there is a USA warehouse?
Who did you buy the cells from? The reports are only for EV grade cells as I understand it.I bought some EVE cells. How do we get this report from their server?
Really happy you got to a resolution which is satisfactory. Thanks for posting a more detailed update!Interesting, I made this post to warn others, after Docan’s response was, in my humble opinion, completely inadequate.
Docan proclaiming that the 280Ah cells were either a better cell, or that they were close to the 300Ah cell, only added to my frustrations.
Unfortunately, half the responses from the community were questioning my motives. I was pissed, and rightfully so.. If I had wanted the 280Ah cells I would have bought them. They seemed to not understand the different between living with the 280’s and wanting the 280’s.
Jenny was not my handler, but I did reach out to her, but as she explained, she couldn’t intervene, it was entirely upto the salesperson to reach an amicable resolution.
I was refunded 15%, which is what I thought was fair. It took a while to get there, and the Docan salesperson, inculding Jenny, seemed genuinely apologetic for the mistake, but as I advised them both, mistakes happen, I get that, it’s how you resolve the issue, that’s key, to ensure the customer, although not receiving exactly what they had purchased, is somewhat satisfied with the end result.
Now that the issue has been resolved, I will be ordering more cells from them in the near future, as the cells themselves are perfect, zero complaints, and yes, I’ll be ordering the 280’s for obvious reason?
ordering the 280’
Dramatic easily swayed people are likely to post impulsively because they believe something was done to them specifically instead of simply recognizing problems sometimes occur to everyone and seeking a resolution. So the thread title of “BEWARE DOCAN technologies” is a bit alarmist
Either EVE gives you a link (if you bought from EVE) or your vendor who purchased from EVE gives you a link. They don't allow you (or competitors) to just troll through their database. EVE primarily uses it for warranty claims.I bought some EVE cells. How do we get this report from their server?
Bought from Basen.Who did you buy the cells from? The reports are only for EV grade cells as I understand it.
Thanks for the update. BTW, you can parallel 304 and 280 batteries without any problems, but the 280 are a better value.Interesting, I made this post to warn others, after Docan’s response was, in my humble opinion, completely inadequate.

You won't get any test reports for those I'm afraid.Bought from Basen.

I purchased 4 CATL 302Ah cells, only to receive 280Ah cells, followed by all the excuses under the sun as to why the 280’s would suffice, that they were out of stock re 302’s, that the 280’s were almost 300Ah, and I should be happy with a $33 refund.
Yes I would call them out directly. The second post as settled should have been the first post instead of all the drama.Would you call people "dramatic easily swayed" and "impulsive" to their faces?
I find it interesting the problem was resolved AFTER he posted. The "squeaky wheel gets the grease" comes to mind.

"dramatic easily swayed" and "impulsive"
I’ve spent almost 40 years now working with customers for their satisfaction. And I’m not a psychologist. But the initial drama and following radical reversal and declaration of satisfaction is… just not a typical reasonable person’s behavior. What else can I say?Seriously, what's with the attitude towards any problem reported with Docan?

If I start a similar thread, please call me out immediately. You might wish to look in the mirror then.
