Hello,

Lately I am getting Bat fault and Bat voltage high errors. When this happens all the lights at home flicker.

Battery and Inverter are on the latest firmware.

Any ideas? @EG4_Jared ?

I would check the battery communication, verify the brand of lithium being used, and also check to see if the battery is indicating a fault.

On the inverter. Battery type is set to Lithium. Lithium brand is set to 1. Should it be set to 0?

System Charge SOC Limit(%) was set to 101% for some reason. I changed it down to 100%. Do you think that was causing the Bat Volt High errors?

It might be the case. However, if using lithium brand "1", ensure that the PowerPro is configured for CAN EG4/LUX protocol and not the LUX.

The protocol on the battery itself is EG4/LUX. Communication cable looks good and everything is tight.

Does this give you the additional battery information on the monitoring site? If not, the PowerPro/inverter may not be on the latest firmware and I would suggest updating the firmware or trying with Lithium Brand "0" with CAN LUX.
