Nothing stands out to me. Except for that bare wire that is still very close to the neutral bar. lol
 
Ok, now that I have my DC hooked up (thanks to everyone here), I am ready to move on to my AC hookup. As you can see in the picture, someone before me maxed out the panel and installed a sub panel. The easiest thing to do would be just throw a 40a in the sub panel and be good to go. However, the more I read about bonded grounds the more confused I become. I have removed the sub panel cover before, and I can verify the grounds and neutrals are bonded in there. I have read about removing the bonding screw in the LV6048 - I am just not sure this is the situation to do it. If I am reading it correctly, I think I remove the bonding screw in the unit so that the only bond is in the subpanel. Correct? Thank you

I thought the ground/neutral in the LV6048 only happened when it kicked onto the batteries. Is it also bonded when in bypass mode!?!?
Can that be checked by disconnecting the utility ground and doing a continuity check from neutral to ground on the output side while in bypass mode?
