Still in the investigation phase but already have a solax charger that does 70-360v battery so looking at Valence for the battery. I know I will need a u-bms programmed for whatever configuration I end up with (the more the merrier) as well as a dc isolator and various other things but on a large cell bank, let's say 5s2p or 3p is it advisable to have breakers between strings or in the series to reduce potential voltage for working on bank when needed? Thinking that 5x36v in series is 180v which for AC would tickle a bit but DC is nasty. I know the likes of Travis have way more cells than that but just looking for recommendations to keep it safe.
Also is there anything that can be stuck over individual terminals to protect from accidental arcing. Sure I saw something in a pic or video
