Bluetooth AC200 Max firmware update?

About 6 months ago, Will posted a video on the Bluetti AC200 Max. He mention an issue where if the expansion batteries shut down after being depleted, they don't turn themselves back on so they can be recharged. He hoped there might be a firmware update that might address this issue. Does anyone know if there has been a fix for this issue?

I just saw that video and am curious about the same. I'll be a first time solar generator purchaser and would like to make the right decision. If the AC200 Max still behaves that way it could be a deal breaker. Hoping someone with knowledge about his contributes.

I wrote Bluetti on this and here is their response:
"The B230 will not activate automatically and needs to be turned on manually."

Is there the same issue for the B300? I noticed in the Bluetti promo video they explicitly call out the charging issue for the B230 but didn’t mention the B300

Good question. I’m not sure about the B300. Send Bluetti an email about that and lost the answer here. They’ve been quick to respond to my questions.

Does anyone know how to check and update the firmware? Is it via the phone app?

Yes. You can hit the cog in the top right hand corner of the app when connected to your battery
