hi
i have device out of city power off grid
the power consumption not crossing 70W
daily 1.7 kwh/day ,, working 24/7

6 hours of sun in my city

i need your advice guys ,
how many solar panel and how much solar panel Wat i should use ,,
inverter ,batteries ,,

thanks in advance

OK, let's start with the math and assume it's a 12v nominal system:

1.7Kwh / day = 142Ah = 200Ah of Lith battery OR 400Ah of FLP/AGM for your battery bank at minimum, assuming 12v system. To be safe try to triple that.

1.7Kwh / 6 hours of sun = 284watts of panel absolute minimum. Realistically with nothing being perfect I wouldn't go with less than 400w of power, but that assumes you never have cloudy days. Call it 600w minimum to give yourself some fudge factor.

400w of panel @ 12v = 33a max charging from the SCC, so you'll need a 40a rated MPPT controller.

With a power consumption of 70w, you could go as small as a 200w inverter, but I think 500w PURE SINE is going to be the best available option for ability and headspace.

Does that help get you on paper?
