Grid Outage Stats

We had a thunderstorm and power outage 3 nights ago. We had lights, TV, computer network, etc running on the backup and went about our evening pretty much normally. I think the grid was out about 6 hours, not really sure as we were sleeping when it came back up. I didn't really think too much about it as that is exactly what the backup is supposed to do. My wife was impressed.

I light up the house like a Christmas tree. When they see my house lit up, they think it is a problem with their house, and not a grid problem.?
