Help Connecting WiFi Dongle for 18kpv

I'm trying to connect the WiFi dongle on my 18k to my home WiFi network. I've registered for an EG4 monitoring account and entered the information for the WiFi dongle (S/N and PIN). The next steps in the instructions say to connect to the dongle’s WiFi network. I can see the dongle's WiFi network, but when I attempt to connect, it asks for a password. None of the instructions or videos I've watched mention entering a WiFi password for the dongle. I've tried entering the customer code I received from my distributor, but it doesn't work. Does anyone know what the password is or how to reset it? Thanks!

I would recommend trying 12345678 or 123123, if that doesn't work you can also hold the reset button for 10 seconds.

Thanks for your reply. I don’t see any reset button on the dongle. I have reset the inverter several times.

There should be a button located at the bottom of the dongle.
