I can't say but ALWAYS use a credit card, even with PayPal.

Aliexpress? Are you sure? I'm not too sure about that. Docan uses Alibaba, and I just bought from them a couple of weeks ago with PayPal on Alibaba, and it worked fine.

Well, just be aware they are not the same. I would guess that most of the purchases of cells on Aliexpress that have been reported here on this forum have not been good.

Besides, I'm pretty sure Docan doesn't have an Aliexpress store.

No problem.
I've purchased 17 230ah so far. 1st order for 8 and a BMS, 2nd order for 9 more; all delivered in a few days without issue. My only complaints would be the $8 increase per cell ? and the supplied buss bars are quite thin.

they have sold thousands of cells to members and non members here, of whom i have not seen complaints.
