I have been in contact with Jenny Wu from Docan in China. Recently she sent me details of various cell, I asked a question relating to price and got this statement back. "CATL LF302 and Hithium 280ah, they are ESS grade, for energy storage system"

I am in a permanent RV home situation, with Victron Multiplus inverters and MPPT. No grid connection. Does her statement mean I can't use those cells?

That doesn't seem to make much sense to me, what's the difference between those and EVE304 that I am also looking at. (Other than price)
Cheers

Yeah I know what the acronym means, thanks. I am asking why the supplier is making this distinction between the cell manufacturers, as if EVE are somehow better.
I didn't see any distinction in the statement.
Just that they are both ESS grade cells.
