Overkill BMS issues…

Hello, I have two BMS’s that are each hooked up to an 8s lithium bank. Total system is 8s2p for a total of 24v and 560Ah setup. I’m having issues when checking on the state of charge that the software keeps showing 0A and 0%. I open up the settings, change the battery size from 280000mAh to 250000mAh, and then back to 280000. This works most of the time, but often requires numerous attempts. Any advice?

SOC is just a guess via the app, it’s reset each time you adjust a parameter until the next full charge.

Also why is the BMS balancing at such low cell voltages? Should only balance >3.4. Balancing under 3.4 is actually “unbalancing” the cells.

Ok, so once I am able to get to a campground and get a full charge, then it'll stop showing up as zero?
To be completely honest, I'm not really sure what my parameters are supposed to be on all these settings. I'll see about changing this though.

There wasn't much to change. A charge under temp and a discharge over temp. Not much to what I'm dealing with. I'll be taking the RV down to Phoenix in the next week or so, then I'll get a nice full charge from shore and see how things look then. I just can't make sense of why the Victron shunt is telling me I'm at 95-100% but the BMS states I'm at 50%.
