Expected current on welding wire as per LV6548 = 154amps
Type T fuse =154*1.25 = 192amps, use 200 amp fuse

Welding wire size = 200 amp fuse x 1.25 = 250amps, use 2/0 welding wire

BMS continuous current as per LV6548=154amps x 1.25 =192 amps, use 200 amp BMS

Please review and see how to refine these numbers if needed, THANK YOU

use 200 amp BMS
Yes, but be careful.... A lot of the BMS sellers rate the BMS at *peak* current. You need one that can do ~200A Continuous.

As an example, in the past week I asked a vendor what the continuous rating for the 400a ANT BMS was and the response was 175A.
It also looks like the DALY 500a 'dumb' bms has a continuous rating of 200A.

Thank You for taking the time to review my system wire, fuse, and BMS, I will make my BMS 250 amp instead of 200 was thinking of that after reading comments about double max current draw (154 amp) and with your advice make sure it is 250 continuous current rated. I have started with one MppSolar LV 6548 and 16 cells from Lishen 272. My intent is to double up every thing after I get solar panels and all running well, Thanks again
