Soooooo... 3.3 - 3.8 years (1200-1400 cycles) of daily use will drop it down to 80% battery capacity. I'll never get there!
I can't find any review for Monster X
Anyone have thoughts on the MONSTER X (https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/monster-x-the-future-of-portable-power-stations/x/24063745#/)
2,000W AC Outputs (Surge 3,300W) | 1,600Wh | Solar Input | Lifetime Warranty
3000 cycles to 50%
Main downside is the 200W solar imput
It's <$900 + shipping and includes 1x 100 watt solar panel
Can anyone comment on charging an AC2OO with a DC-to-DC charger such by Renogy? I am interested in charging from the RV alternator.
Is the 150V input and the 25 amp outlet the same fitting connector?
I don’t think that’s correct. My understanding is that the AC200 has two inputs, one for solar and one for an external battery/car alternator. Pretty sure that’s what Will showed in his video.I assume you want to use PV input port (700W max). Charging voltage on that port is 35-150V, so you need to upconvert alternator's output, if it's 12V or 24V. Since AC200 already has built-in MPPT charger, all you need is step up voltage converter. You don't need Renogy DC-DC charger.

The Youtube reviewer who renegged on burning his AC200 for views weighed his AC200 at 51 lbs.Its humongous! 57.3 lbs
Ha. Can you provide a link? Sounds interesting. The Youtube reviewer who renegged on burning his AC200 for views weighed his AC200 at 51 lbs.

If you read this thread you would know Bluettis claim of 2500 cycles was to 50% capacity.I wonder how NCA cells achieve 2500+ cycle life? Their cycle life is normally 500.
Weighs the same but slow charging on solar (12 hours at 300watts ) and slow 120VThe AC200 seems really similar to Pecron's portable power stations.

The Pecron T3000 in particular (available on alibaba.com) has the AC200 beat in terms of value per dollar. Hope someone could compare them.
