Luyuan battery case

The Single Terminals are plated copper, M8 Bolt, dimensions are 35mm X 35mm, cover dimensions are 108mm X 90mm.
I don't really care whether I have single or double terminals but since you are verifying that the single are copper, I am ordering singles from now on. I suspect the double terminals are brass.

I think to make the box work with my 230Ah cells would mostly just be a case of filling the extra space with something and using the right bus bars. Shouldn't be too difficult to make happen, even if I have to do it myself.

Still debating whether to change to a JK BMS or just stick with my JBD contactor BMSes. They're way overkill being rated at 300A, but I have them already. Probably fine to stick with, be cheaper, but...

I think your plan to fill in the space will work. I added 2 small extra spacers to mine. And you will be fine without the display if you stick with the JBD.

If they are not Pure Copper they are good Orange Brass at least, Now I am checking the resistance through the terminal, which is 0.38 mOhm.
Brass is extremely recycled, every recycle makes it lighter/whiter, the more orange it is the more copper within it. Pure Clean Brass is fine but recycled brass increases in resistance. With the JK's at least you can calibrate what the Actual Real Voltage is at the Terminals.

I caught Amy in time to use the single terminals on my front panel.
Can someone please tell me if these battery boxes should each be grounded?
Also, I am stacking mine on top of each other. Do I need to put something between them to keep the boxes from touching each other?

I don't see why them touch each other would hurt anything. The cells are insulated from the box.

Mine came with a small ground screw on the front panel, down low right side. If stacking I would use some type of rubber between four corners(horse stall mat should work) to keep them from sliding around. I just had her add heat function to the BMS for my mobile packs.

Nice. Are those from Amy's or separate purchase?

Now I wonder if the dimension of single terminal more likely same as dual terminal lol
They are from Amy. I said I wanted the new batteries with the pressed copper flexible bus bar connectors like some one on the DIY solar forum recently ordered and she knew exactly what I was talking about. She even sent me this image in the chat to make sure. As for the of the terminal holes for the single vs the double, you should ask her. I do know they had to custom cut the holes for my cases.

Ground the case only. I'd daisy chain from the ground hole on the front cover to the next box. Should not matter if they touch.

Does anyone get the wide version box? I've noticed many of you use this newer version, narrow front-more depth?

Seems similar setup internally. I think the wider version has more room in front panel for T-Class holder etc and save bit space for racking?

Just wondering reasoning between the two, might consider for my next purchase..

Whoo Hoo!!!
Amy is sending my order out! I am so excited.
@solitarysecluded my guess is that Amy can customize quite a bit. If you have a specific width you need, you should ask her.
I am attaching the image Amy sent me of my cases before she boxed them up. Here is the data sheet she sent me of my Eve 304A cells. I added some measures of center because I was using it to show someone the basics of Google Sheets.

After reading a couple of other threads considering placing my MRBF fuse (I am 24v) at the positive terminal of the case and running my wire from there.

Mine are taking longer as I customized four of the boxes to twin 304 12volt batteries with cutouts for two BMS screens, breakers, switches and mounting for two BMS.

My order is ready but it is a holiday in China so the shipping company is closed until Monday. :(
