SRNE 12kW IP65 HES and 10kW ASP

It's got iron and sulphur but tastes excellent after treatment.

Edit - I have a friend that lives within a mile as the crow fly's and I'm currently within 5 miles of it.
Been several years since I last dealt with this company* for water treatment systems so I can not vouch for them now but it might be worth looking into if you need to treat your water. They used to have very good service. BTW I noticed you mentioned offering either the listing price or higher for the land. Seems odd to me to offer more than what is asked.

Is this right? SRNE ASP shows phase 1 with 2 units and phase 2 with one unit? How would this affect 120 vs 240 output?

That's where I got my filter system yeeears ago. Excellent company. The water at my other house is heavy on iron and such. I sent a sample to sears one time to see what they recommended. They sent it back saying they don't have anything that can handle it.

Budget water filter which is the site you linked to sold me a system is maintenance free and made the water super clear and even taste good too. Great product. I think it was $1600 or so for it.

Around my area it has slowed.

Matter of fact am watching for foreclosures to start raining in discount buyers. Ppl are broke. Feel Recession depression coming.

Where did that diagram come from? The SRNE manual?

If I have it correctly the effect would be that you have the 2-10kW units in parallel creating L1 output (all 4 of the internal 5kW inverters acting in parallel) stacked with the 3-10kW Unit supply L2. (both its internal inverters being in parallel). This would create 20kW on L1 and 10kW on L2 for 120vAC loads. Your maximum 240vAC loading should be 20kW. But that part I am not entirely sure about.

Rather odd setup but might be worth while for some setups.

This is what I was curious about, if it would be lopsided output on the 120 vs 240

Hopefully reining in, not raining in (not reigning, either). Don't need competitors falling from the sky like cats and dogs. Nor someone lording it over us.

Last time I saw bargains in the South Bay, I was feeling broke (and unemployed) too. Didn't know how long the financial crisis would last, and wanted to ride it out without losing my home.

Are you putting in another array like your big single pole one you have now?
The array for the house is double pole. I'm building one for the shop now, it is double pole and went to 8 inch poles but only SCH40, house array was 6" SCH80.

These are used mounts that had been on a farm where a tornado came thru. The mounts were singles but I'm making this array a double, I will have 2 mounts left and should buy more panels but the plan was adding a single for the house down the road and have an extra mount.

Holes were 9.5 feet deep, it's a long way down there.

9.5 feet down there.jpg

Water table is high this year due to rain. I had the cement pad down and had to go down and get it after pumping water out the next day, then dig deeper and backfill with some washed rock. I had to pump this hole 3 more times before it was filled. This is on top of a hill.

I dug a hole 40 feet away 2 weeks before but it was on the sand vien. Not one single drop of water was ever in it.

My understanding is these can have the pair of inverters in each unit run in parallel so 20Kw on L1 and 10Kw on L2.

Balancing legs not needed as each inverter will have return current on N.

What would 20Kw be needed for on one 120V leg? A really big microwave that draws 166A? :ROFLMAO:

If you have it attached to your property would not sale the buffer zone. New neighbors might be bad. Distance and Fences make best neighbors. 😁😂☑️
Not many neighbors around in that area and the ones that are think like me....

Thank you.
Every other offer I've made on other junks under asking was outbid... This is an excellent chunk with great timber value..

Is that for the 120 or 180 out of phase? I'll double check my manual when I get home from work, got a new phone and the manual I had downloaded didn't transfer.

Yea, I'm also looking at one of them that has pipes burst ...mold... but easily worth 3x asking after its fixed up.

These ppl play games … trying keep from derailing post… if I was 42ohmsPA would not sell my land if attached …. more space better. Fences make for great neighbors too. One report here while back neighbor was complaining because of reflection off of another neighbors solar panels. …. Hahahah it went to county and was dropped …… neighbors are problematic.

When it rained on parade last time for market crash -…. I cashed in bought low and then sold high. I should have saved it because would be way over top now. Not greedy doubled money so got in …. got out. Greed is a bad thing and clouds judgement. Rise and fall are cycles in economy we are in great danger because it was propped up for way to long. Not allowed to fall It was good times everybody got a home even those that couldn’t afford it. Prices need to fall…again…… lifepo battery cells are cheaper and so are solar panels. Inverters like new eg4 18kwpv are expensive. False advertising too.

Back to topic.

Checking Alibaba these are prices found last night. I love how same companies offer inconsistent pricing….NOT.

IMG_6872.jpeg

For SEI-8K-UP, unit EXW price is $1606
For SEI-10K-UP, unit EXW price is $1679
For SEI-12K-UP, unit EXW price is $1780.

Plus $380 shipping for UL version of SRNE. Above pricing is cheaper from same company on Alibaba vs what they quoted in message which was $2160. Other price is $1933.20 shipped ….why I do not like Alibaba. Same company 2 different prices.

Now my question other then SRNE IP packaging are internals same as SRNE ASP vs SRNE SEI-VERSIONS? The ASP are significantly less in pricing and can get SEI-12kW version …..so. Are they actually the same internals for 10kW version vs other 10kW version? Just different packaging. Screens appear same displays. SRNE has almost a PAC Man on it …. 😂😁 I can hardly wait to read some one report Pac Man ate their screen. 😁

IMG_6871.jpeg

Be nice if SRNE did not rebrand - relabel so much. Not problem as long as all are same exact specs. Suck if could not parallel SRNE 5kW with Ecoworthy 5kW….SRNE relabeled. Feel like looking at various name brand of appliances ….

This ADVERTISING grinder is upsetting. They advertise these Deye but when come down to it bait and switch to SRNE SRI- xxxx UL versions

No, one is hybrid, the other is off grid.

Hybrid will require different hardware than off grid. You can not compare the 2.

That diagram is two phase parallel connection with phase difference between L1 and L2 at 0°

Just realized I had the manual laying on my desk the whole time.
Aha - thank you!

I bought my current property with 2 acres back in 2014 with the intent to sell in 5 years... It was all farm field around me, now I have 4 houses where the farm fields once were...
Good news is I should damn near double my money with the improvements I've made and other houses around it...
Basically sell it buy land and live debt free while building my offgrid dream is the goal.

Did you get quoted with DDP shipping or another method?
Borick is the only retailer I would recommend, I have no experience with other besides the SRNE official store who no longer sells to individuals but does provide support.

That model has many more features than the ASP, I'm pretty sure we broke them down somewhere in this thread.

Yea, I tried to import a Deye through at least 6 different vendors and was offered everything from Megarevo to Voltronic.
It can be done and other members have successfully, I gave up.

yea aliexpress like that too, it's pretty interesting to see how unorganized shit is. Can't imagine the work environment

I would assume that the employees are getting paid on a commission basis, thus some of them are greedy and others are less greedy, hence price differences for the same product in the same company.

I needed to get my 4 poles in, as my daughter is here from Texas to help. We keep getting non stop rain here. I would auger in the hole at 6 foot deep, then we would have to keep a shop vac sucking the constant water from flooding the hole. I did a test the day before and it got 2 feet of water in just a few minutes. Next morning the hole was full with water to almost the top. Usually by now we would be in a more dry time of the year, but not this year.
