EPEVER Tracer AN 2210 data cable pinout

I have just received a new controller

EPEVER Tracer AN 2210
it does nto come with the data cable.

i have one on order..from China so it coudl take months.

I have a stack of RS232- USB bare board adapters here..
any one have the pinout for the 'look alike ' ethernet plug on the Tracer?

Have seen a few various online e threads..but not found a definite one yet ..

Woudl have made this a better post ..but work have jsut called me ...they like me to show my face occassionally ..emergency callout..so can't type more.

Also linked from that thread is my blog post which includes a similar wiring schema;

Basically, ignore the red line going to pin #2, and replace the ESP8266 in the diagram with the (3.3V/TX/RX/GND) pins of your RS232/USB adapter. The little board in the middle is a RS485/RS232 adapter.
