I came across https://evebatteryglobal.en.alibaba.com/ this store claims it's a storefront for the EVE manufacturer itself.
They take orders and have a lead time of 35 days in general.
They only provide 1-year warranty by default for retail orders.

Has anyone got any experience with the seller?

Seems like it. They are a ‘verified’ supplier , so should be o.k.
