Panel manufacture date

I’ve been noodling around the Internet for about 10 minutes. Trying to figure out this manufacturing date code. They could have made out easier. ?

I’m having a hard time believing these were 2021. Or some other common sense read.

Maybe 12/21/2015?

Does anyone know when these panels were manufactured?

I would say they were made 12/21/2015.

Also, based on their size, they're only about 17% efficient where more modern panels are pushing/over 20%.
