Small spot on pressure relief EVE LF304

I have received 17 cells from 18650BatteryStore.
These are EVE LF304.
So far, I see something under the blue plastic on 3 of them. See pictures.
Is this a cause for concern?





Some small leak definitely occurred at some point.

1 battery tested from the batch at 302Ah - doesn't have spots

Its probably something that got into the hole, you can remove the blue sticker to see for sure, I think its just some moisture that got trapped.

Looks like they put a vent port in blue plastic cover to the actual vent membrane.

Sometimes air shipments results in low ambient air pressure relief that can pop off plastic cover off.

Downside of this is any corrosive liquid, like salty sweat, can get into port and eat away at actual aluminum burst membrane. You can put a dab of RTV silicone to prevent intrusion.
