So I just checked the battery ? and it's showing 44 volts
With the charger disconnected?
That's dead flat.
Does the battery manual tell you anything useful? Like how to make it do a factory reset?

That's dead flat, but the BMS lights seem to indicate full. Which may be why it won't charge.

CorrectIgnore the comment about the SOC lights, I was looking at the wrong image, your pack is showing just the "Alarm", correct?
Sounds rigtIt sort of sounds like the battery is fully charged (58 volt measurement), but when it enters protect mode you see 40-44 volts)
? Good questionThe question is, why is it going into protect mode??
And how to reset it I guessThe question is, why is it going into protect mode??
Try disconnecting the charger, turning off the battery, and have a cup of coffee.
Then turn on the battery with nothing connected.
Battery voltage then??
I my theory above was assuming the battery was connected to the charger when you took this measurement. It's 58.4
Yes just thought I would try here firstI admit to being flummoxed, if this is all new kit it's time to talk to the supplier
OK just turned it on all light came on and off had the meter on it showed 56.6 the lights went off and it dropped to 44
May sound like itWith nothing connected to the pack at all??
I suspect it's busted
