Post your Ground Mount Setup

Boy, did that ever trigger me

1 - Goats should be fenced in by wrapping them in chicken wire
2 - If tethered, use a short rope on a high tree branch

Did I ever mention how all 12 of a friend's goats got loose one afternoon and ate my 1/4 acre of strawberries and decimated another 1/2 acre of a vegetable garden? Not to say I hate them but to avoid using either method of control cited above I'd prefer to use a baseball bat.

I often drive by a sign for Goat Soap at a Mennonite farm stand.
Now I'm only guessing here and presume the soap isn't meant to wash goats.
That leads me to the conclusion the soap is made out of goat which seems to be a more productive method of control
But then, who in their right mind would want to smell like a goat after washing up?

I first read that as:

Had a double take there for a moment. :ROFLMAO:

The starting point for me --- two 550w Renogy panels (which aren't mounted down yet). I've got two more of the Renogy panels on order and should arrive in a few weeks. I'm likely going to put some of those white stones underneath :)

Nice! I've got 6 of those panels and two more on the way... I may do something sort of like what you've done here!
Right now that are just propped up in the back yard...probably won't do any work til spring...

Honestly, I have no clue what I'm doing nor what I've built ---- definitely no carpenter (work in the IT field). If I can do this, anyone can. The mounting poles have concrete and they are about 3 feet down. The only thing I'm grappling with right now (OCD kicking in) is whether or not I got that angle / slant right. I guess I'll find out once I start populating that rock, eh? :)

mind sharing your setup in terms of the solar, mppt and such? I started out this journey with the Ecoflow Delta Pro but am starting to re-think my strategy and just build out my battery system and such. Thanks!
