6000EX-48HV Issues with batteries charging above 54v with sufficient PV input

They responded by email saying my claim has to go to something -Resolution specialist?
We will see what happens.

My last conversation is that they are going to have a Resolution Specialist call and issue an RMA. I'm not going to accept another EG4 6k in trade. There are better tried and true 6k units out there such as the low frequency Growatt that are built like tanks and cost less. You can't parallel them but in this case that isn't needed.
