I'm considering purchasing this bundle so I can tie it into the grid-tie system we are having installed early next year. Since I'm in Alberta, Canada, I'm always looking for the most cost effective way to get products across the border and back to my place. I have imported many items in the past and have used the strategy that
@Nan_wpg has shared on this forum in another post (
https://diysolarforum.com/threads/s...canada-from-signature-solar.46639/post-812395).
I have found this to be the most cost effective way to get US products imported into Canada but would like to know if anyone else North of the 49th has found a better solution, OR, if there is a better bundled product then what EG4 has built.
@Will Prowse - You may know this but there is a massive push by our Federal government to have Canadians to start moving to green technology (
https://natural-resources.canada.ca/energy-efficiency/homes/canada-greener-homes-initiative/24831). Do you have any recommendation on what products us Canadians should be looking at when it comes to hybrid inverters and LFP battery arrays? I found this product from Solar Power Store but
@Nan_wpg did mention there was a poor ordering experience from them. I'd like to investigate & learn more about this product.
On a side note, I finally picked up your book and am using it to get my camper outfitted with a 24V LFP setup. Thanks so much for all your years of amazing content and being a reliable source of information for all of us!
