AOLithium 51.2v rackmount batteries

Hello!

So AOLIthium are advertising their rackmount batteries on Black Friday sale for $999 (USD) shipping from CA. Given that's at least $200 cheaper than anything elsewhere I'm wondering what the catch is. I didn't check the shipping costs so perhaps that's it.

Does anyone have any experience with said company and their equipment? From what I can see it looks decent.

It seems nobody looked at them besides Will. There is another thread that will have owner feedback in the next few weeks once the packs arrive.

Also note that Ruixu also dropped the price for black Friday to 1199

I ordered 6 of them for Black Friday and there was no tax or shipping. They are back ordered but mine are shipping soon.

Wil is cautious about the cable size. I’m going to have them as two parallel sets of three and for now, they won’t see more than 30a of draw, long story short. So cable size won’t be an issue for my purposes.
