I've been trying to get service on my Bluetti EB240 for 5 months. I provided a copy of my credit card statement showing the payment to them but they continue to make excuses like "we can't find your order info" and the one attached. This company is just plain crooked IMO.
My EB240 is under warranty and was shipped to them for repair. This is their response. Notice how they didn't even mention that they would send it back or what my options are or anything? Just "we can't fix it".
