Growatt DOA?

Nothing like waiting a few weeks for all the parts to set something up and then....nothing happens.

Multimeter reads 2 24v battery banks, each reading 24v connected to Growatt positive (through a 300a fuse) & negative terminals.

Flip the power switch and... Nothing.

Is this growatt a dud? Any other way to test?

Which specific Growatt?
Do your 24 v batteries ACTUALLY read 24v on a multimeter?
Look in the manual for inverter. What is the cold start voltage for this unit?

Growatt single phase parallel setup

If you look in the right side you can see the cable that runs up from the power switch. I could see mine hanging loose through the mesh side before i opened it up.

test procedure #1, read voltage a the DC input terminals of the inverter. if voltage is above 23 and the unit will not power on return to service center

Thanks all: culprit was bad cables. Replaced until I found the one with copper literally falling outbof the lug hole.
