I called Signature Solar today at about 9 am my time, 2pm their time to talk to the Sales people. I was on hold for just maybe 3 or 4 minutes, then got a sales guy. I got a quote with shipping to Hawai'i - got it emailed to me - it was in my in box before I got off the phone. I've bought equipment there in the past, and have talked with sales people three times. Once I don't think I was on hold for a minute, the next time maybe I was on hold for no more than 10 minutes. So I've had pretty positive experiences with Signature Solar so far.
Having owned and operated several companies in the past and present, I do understand what it takes to run a business. I think maybe Signature Solar is having growing pains, and getting good employees that are competent, really want to do a good job and really put out the effort. Especially employees in sales, Working with customers, some who turn into assholes at the slightest misstep can be a real challenge. I'm not making excuses for them, but I tend to try to not judge a company - especially a small business in a relatively new market - by just a few employees.
