Solar system with utility input - Primary Distribution Panel or Secondary

OK, easy question.
You have a home with one distribution panel or breaker box. It is the primary panel and has the neutral ground bond.

You install a solar sytem with utility input from the above panel providing AC input that is properly grounded.
The AC power out from the inverter of this unit goes straight in to a
A. Primary Panel where you want a neutral ground bond.
B. Sub Panel with no neutral ground bond

I'm pretty sure it is B, just want to make sure.
