DOCAN POWER shipping/lead time from TX warehouse?

I placed my order on June 10th and received a processed email shortly after. It's the 13th now (Monday) and no word on shipping.

What's the typical lead time for this vendor and do they ship on weekends?

Fingers crossed I get a tracking number early this week, my BMS just arrived from overkill

If you ordered on the 10th (Friday) then today is the first business day following. I would expect shipping tomorrow, or maybe Wednesday at the latest. Then give them a few days for UPS to deliver.

I've been communicating with their staff for a few months.

To the best of my knowledge although the warehouse is in Houston, the order is being processed by the staff in China.

If you put your order in on Friday, it would be Saturday in China.

After a number of excellent orders with them, I trust you've already received your tracking number....
