I don't think I've seen that one. Were you able to clear it?

I've only had errors a few times, worst case I had to shut everything down...I mean Everything... disconnect batteries, panels, AC and restart the inverter to clear it.

Yes, that's what I had to do as well wen I got that over current fault after a short in the house.

I think most likely some sort of short circuit. I had very little running on the system. There’s no way I drew too much power.

I hard wired the hot and neutral of an outlet together. Turned on inverter. Threw over CURRENT protection fault not over voltage.

I assume even if you remove all loads it still gives the 08 error when you reboot it?

What's the VOC of your arrays?

Did you have any power outages in your area, is it connected to the grid?

Anything abnormal? What was running when it happened?

Could the input be too high voltage?

It won’t let me change it, I save close out of menu open right back up and it’s back to 49.2

My 61 use to say 10% but now says 14%

If you change it to 18% save then close out, then open back up it will read %18?

Yep...that's that closed loop krap at work.
Made me crazy back in the day...

Restored to factory settings： only power on the machine via battery, Press and hold the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds ， A flashing box will appear at the screen ，and will have tick tock, then shut off the machine,and reboot the machine."

No. When I'm in User mode none of those SOC parms even show up.

I just disconnected everything possible. Yes, I do think it has something to so with the array, but not sure why. I have 130v - 160v in each PV connection and only maybe 3amps per. Seems unlikely it was over-voltage but there does not seem to be any other explanation. How long does I leave everything disconnected to ensure the reset? And is there no “hard” reset?

There is no Hard Reset other than to completely disconnect everything and wait maybe 5-10 minutes and then restart per the manual.
You can also try the above to reset to factory but then you'll have to re-enter any changes/customizations you have made.

What are your panel specs? 3A seems awfully low.

You’re right it is low. At the moment it’s cloudy here so I can’t see what the Panels take in typically. But they are 14 200w 24v panels at the moment.

That's low. How about the AC input. Is that hooked up?

I did have it hooked up previously. Everything is disconnected at the moment. The AC was punching just a couple of amps as well. But this was by design, I didn’t want to run everything through the inverter until I knew it was up and running properly. I guess that was a good thing now that it’s down.
