Below is a Photo of the 200A DC Breaker provided by Luyuan:

The face = 45mm Tall & 26mm wide

(breaker body)
Breaker overall Length: 80mm
Total Depth: 65mm
Depth inside case: 50mm

Yeah I have the same breaker in my Luyuan boxes, I will also never use it for breaking a current higher than a few amps, I'll use my NH disconnectors for that.

What I love about this breaker is the two standards printed on the front: GB10963.1 and IEC60898-1 are both standards for AC MCB's (Not DC) and IEC60898-1 only allows MCB's to go up to 125A so the breakers are probably illegal in the UK and don't conform to any known standard for DC. 🤷‍♀️

Well, I'm the happy guy !!

I Chatted with Amy, after her return from vacation. After a few days, I ordered a pair of 8 x 280ah boxes with the newer JK BMS mounting.
Payment received 2/27, shipped on 3/7 and I just received notice that they have arrived at FEDEX US, with delivery scheduled on Saturday the 6.

Gonna be a busy weekend !!!

I will still use an MRBF Fuse (I am 24V so that's fine) for each pack, regardless of the breaker.

Does anyone make a MRBF holder that is built into the main lug that mounts to the box vs the Eaton/blue seas style?

Now sure what you mean by that.
If you are talking about putting a fuse between the Case Terminal and the cable lug, I do not think that is possible. The MRBF's have no structural strength (just like other fuses) as they all require a base/holder of some sort, pending on fuse type.

Sorry for morning brain,
Meaning if anyone has the MRBF holder built into a main case terminal so that the add on holder wasn’t needed. They make everything else, but maybe the market is too small.

No problem, Coffee #2 is always best to have underway before posting... (for me anyways) Sometimes #3 if it was a long night.
I have never seen what you describe, the fuses would get busted a lot that way. They also only go around a 5/16 bolt.

I haven't had time to do anything with my cases yet. I am hoping we can come up with a smooth way to put fuses in the case. I'm sure I can make something work outside if needed.
I'm 48V and will be using class T fuses for each battery.

LMAO ~ Well folks, bored ?
My fun begins ! some assembly required and lot'sa patience. lol

All of these get a 200A JK-Inverter edition. New 4.3" screen.
All get Single M8 Case Terminals.

This stack of 6 = 68" high. NO CELLS inside "yet" as this is just unpacking and prepping for assembly

<--- #1 waiting for cells to top charge...

#2 and below standing by waiting.

Sometimes I wish I had 6 arms & hands...

It takes about 3 hours to assemble & prep a case, installing BMS etc provided you have everything at hand and ready to go... tools, crimpers etc.
JK's Inverter model is a good fit. Wiring the new BMS for 8S is not as easy as previous model. I asked questions etc from JK and they went Dead Stick no response AGAIN... Someone did ask if I was going to write another manual for them... not doing any of that again, tried to help others before & got slammed for it and then plagiarized by many...

MRBF are just throu hole fuses.

It’s a bolt holding a lug to a bus bar clamping the fuse in the middle, I don’t see how it’s be any worse if you just say mounted it to a 5/16” terminal lug of the case.

Would someone be able to stack a 2nd lug on one of those M8 terminals you got or is it designed for only one and you are going to home run each case?

By default they come with a Dual Terminal on the cases. I did not want that because my setup/layout and the end result that I want.

The stud is isolated in the mrbf holders, otherwise the stud would bypass the fuse
